Return Policy / Cancellations
Returns are accepted if in new condition (unused) only for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returned items.
If your product is defective You must contact us within 7 days, also we require clear photos of the defective item. If your return is approved we will set up an exchange for you. Defective items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Our staff can easily tell the difference between a defective item and one that has been broken from misuse.
The inability of a person to use a lock picking tool successfully does not deem the item as defective and lock picks and locks cannot be returned for this reason.
Orders canceled after shipping being shipped will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and cost of shipping.
